Employee Satisfaction

Every year, we collect employee feedback through an employee satisfaction survey to assess their satisfaction with their roles, work, or work environment. Through the survey, the company can identify issues, evaluate satisfaction levels, continuously optimize various indicators, and monitor changing trends.

The implementation of the 2025 Employee Satisfaction Survey is as follows:

  • Coverage: All employees of the company.
  • Number of respondents: 21 out of 23 employees completed the survey, with a response rate of 91.3%.
  • Employee satisfaction result: 81%, meeting the target of above 70%.
  • Follow-up acions: The suggestions collected from the annual satisfaction survey were brought to the Labor-Management Meeting for discussion to strengthen two-way communication.

Diamond Biofund’s Employee Satisfaction Survey is mainly divided into the following five indicators:

  • Teamwork: Colleagues’ professional performance at work, mutual care and support within the team.
  • Work Environment: Understanding of job responsibilities and alignment with expectations; provision of necessary equipment and resources.
  • Corporate Culture: Identification with the company culture; understanding of the company’s development goals and mission.
  • Personal Development: Receiving recognition and encouragement at work; opportunities for learning and growth.
  • Leadership & Management: Supervisors’ openness to suggestions; provision of performance feedback and guidance.

In addition to the five indicators above, overall satisfaction is also included as a key focus of the survey.
