The Board of Directors approved the Company’s donation.

2. Reason for the donation:
   Donation to Taiwan Bio-development Foundation, designated respectively for the following purposes:
   1. (1) “Academic seminars”: To continuously support and promote the cultivation of biomedical talents.
   2. (2) The Wu Ho-Su Medical Award: To support the cultivation of young, outstanding academics in
      the biotech and medical fields in Taiwan.
3. Total amount of the donation:
   1. (1) NT$25,000 thousand (paid over 10 years starting from 2025), designated specifically for
      “Academic Seminars.” The donation agreement will be signed annually in alignment withan assessment of implementation.
   2. (2) NT$4,200 thousand, designated specifically for the “Wu Ho-Su Medical Award.”

   The total donation amount is NT$29,200 thousand.
