Waste

Since Diamond Biofund operates only as a general office site, all waste generated is general waste. Waste collection is centrally managed by the building’s property management staff and disposed of by qualified waste removal and treatment contractors designated by the property management company. Beginning in 2024, Diamond Biofund started compiling waste-related data. The calculation method involves recording the total daily weight of all waste (including non-recyclable and recyclable materials) from the entire office floor over a two-month period, dividing the total by the number of employees, and extrapolating the results to estimate the total annual waste volume.
