Employee Structure

As of December 31, 2025, Diamond Biofund had 22 full-time employees, all under permanent contracts, with an average age of 47.36 years. Of these, 73% were under 50 years old, representing a workforce predominantly composed of young and middle-aged talent, bringing stability and innovation to the company while maintaining flexibility and a solid attitude to lead younger colleagues in tackling the challenges of the biotech industry.

Gender Equality

Diamond Biofund implements substantive gender equality, ensuring no differences in the workplace due to gender, age, religion, race, political affiliation, or marital status, providing a stable working environment and protection. In 2025, the gender ratio of employees was male: female = 32:68. Among senior managers (manager level and above), women accounted for 58.33%. Overall, the ratio of male to female managers was 42:58, reflecting gender equality in employee development and providing a stable working environment and guarantees.

Sexual Harassment Prevention Measures, Complaints, and Disciplinary Measures

To ensure gender equality in the workplace and to provide a work and service environment free from sexual harassment, Diamond Biofund has established the “Sexual Harassment Prevention Measures, Complaints, and Disciplinary Actions.” Additionally, the company has set up the following sexual harassment complaint hotline and email address to ensure timely prevention, correction, disciplinary actions, and improvement measures. In 2025, no incidents of discrimination or sexual harassment occurred.
