The Company’s Board of Directors resolved to inject capital into the 100% owned subsidiary, Diamond Biofund Ⅰ Inc.

   (1)An initial investment of NT$1 million was made for incorporation in November, 2023. It is planned for an additional capital injection of NT$999 million by the end of 2023, and an additional NT$1 billion in the first quarter of 2024, which could be conducted once or in different batches.
